This contract is intended to be a simple agreement to set out the terms and conditions for the hire of equipment and services from the Company to the Hirer. This service includes the delivery, set up and collection of the equipment unless otherwise stated in the quote. It does not include the engineering of the equipment or instructions on how to use the equipment unless a sound engineer has been requested and paid for by the Hirer.

Delivery and Set Up Costs

We offer free delivery, set up and collection of audio equipment on orders where the cost of the renting the audio equipment is over 250€. For orders below this amount, there may be additional delivery/collection charges. Our normal working hours are from 9am until 8pm. Delivery or pickup outside these hours may incur and extra charge and will be by prior arrangement only.

We will not deliver until contacted from the delivery address.

If you are unsure of your Location please send it to us via WhatsApp using their Share Location feature.

Hire period

The hiring period commences at 12:00hrs on the first date of the hire period unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. The hire period terminates at 12:00hrs on the last date of the hire period unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. If access is not possible and delivery is delayed, waiting shall be charged at 20Euro/hr. After waiting for 1 hr the Company has the right to return to base. If the company is not able to gain access to make collection, the Company has the right to charge an extra day at the same rate as the hire. Please note orders placed within 48 hours of the drop off time cannot be guaranteed.


Payments - Full payment will be made in cash on the day of delivery. In the event of No Show by the Hirer, IbizaPA may charge 100% of the full booking fee on the credit/debit card used to secure the booking. Under our normal booking procedure, no advance deposit will be taken on the credit/debit card at the time of the booking, although the card will be verified as being valid with the issuing bank.

Our booking cancellation terms are:

  • The charge for "No Show or Non Attendance" when the equipment is delivered will be 100% of the rental amount.
  • For a cancellation less than 48 hours before intended start of rental: 100% of rental amount.
  • For a cancellation more than 48 hours before the intended start of the rental: 50% of the rental amount.

The company reserves the right to remove the equipment at the end of sound check if payment is not made in full. Cancellation of a booking will result in the loss of any deposit that the Hirer might have made. The Hirer shall in no circumstances move the equipment from the delivery address without obtaining the consent of the Company in writing.

For certain higher value reservations, where there is reason to believe that the booking may be a risk (eg little or no of communication from the hirer) IbizaPA, at its sole discretion, may pre-authorise 50% or 100% of the payment on the card used to make the booking.

As this is primarily a B2B site, prices are quoted exclusive of IVA (VAT). 

Customers responsibility

For the duration of the hire, the equipment is under the care and control of the hirer, and they agree to take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well being of the equipment. This will include the cost of the lost/damaged equipment and the loss of earnings until replaced.

The Hirer will not sell or offer for sale, assign, mortgage, pledge, underlet, lend or otherwise deal with the equipment or any parts thereof in a manner prejudicial to the company's rights, but will keep the equipment in its possession and will not remove the same or any part or parts thereof from the place where the equipment is for the time being and will duly and punctually pay all rents, rates, taxes, charges and impositions payable in respect thereof on demand and will protect the same against distress, execution or seizure and indemnify the Company against all losses, costs, charges, damages and expenses incurred by it by reason or in respect thereof.

The company’s liability in respect of any defect or failure of the apparatus supplied is limited by making good or replacement or repair defects which under proper use and conditions appear therein and arise solely from faulty design materials or workmanship. We are not to be held liable for stoppages or any consequential loss or damage arising out of work done or services rendered under any contract of hire.

Health and safety

High Sound Pressure levels can cause permanent hearing damage. Repeated exposure can have a cumulative effect. Equipment provided by the company can and does produce high enough sound pressure levels to cause hearing damage. The company cannot accept liability for any individual's failure to stay at an appropriate distance from loudspeakers or failure to take any necessary steps to protect their own hearing. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure the safety, with regards to hearing, of the general public. Where appropriate the customer may wish to ensure that warning notices are displayed, hearing protection is issued, or safety barriers are erected.


The Hirer agrees to pay the company the full retail cost of any equipment lost, stolen or damaged beyond economic repair.

The Hirer must arrange their own insurance to cover the equipment, and agree that any loss or damage, direct or in-direct, will be repaid to the Company in full

The Hirer is also responsible for any fines incurred in misuse of the equipment and/or costs in the recovery of the equipment, including any unpaid fines.

Force Majeure:

The Company will not be liable for any failure to supply a product or service where that failure is wholly caused by an event we could not reasonably foresee, forestall or prevent. This may include (but is not limited to) acts of war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
